My journey with the breath started about 9 years ago in a small hut in Cambodia.
I was being taken through a 1-1 Re-Birthing Session at a retreat. I had been suffering from serve panic attacks and anxiety for months which lead to me to quitting my job in Thailand and checking into a retreat space for some much needed R&R.
The energy that shifted in that one session was so incredibly transformative. It flooded my body with visions, messages and much needed healing before resting me into this bliss state, I honestly felt like I was high.
I have never had a panic attack since and that hour of breathing shifted so much heaviness from my body I felt like I had a hole in my stomach for days.
I had been carrying around so much stress and tension in this area that was weighing me down, I was drowning.
My body screaming at me to relax and release.
Over the past year with 200 hours of Re-Birthing Breathwork Sessions under my belt and a daily practice of Wild Love. I am now a fully qualified Re-Birthing Breathwork Facilitator and Advanced Embodied Wild Love Facilitator.
This powerful medicine of breath allows you to fully drop into relaxation and fully into rest & restore.

It brings your shadows out of the unconscious, showing you where you have been getting in your own way.
It allows you to let go of your fear of living.

So what is actually happening?
With a continuous connected breath in and out through the nose, it stimulates the parasympathetic response, the rest and restore state of the body. The breath will take you into this really deep state of stillness.
Most of us do not know what it is truly like to relax.
How is it healing?
When on the journey of the 10 transformational breaths you bring the resistance to the surface to be released around your relaxation.
What are you avoiding because you are afraid to feel?
This is the tension, anger, sadness, trauma, stress, rage, jealousy this all gets trapped in our bodies - making us avoid relaxation.
How many people now a days clench their jaw and grind their teeth since lockdowns - all at a time we are meant to be resting, we are not allowing our bodies to feel.
